Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global professional services firm who are recruiting a Resourcing Advisor to join an established team in Birmingham.
What is the role
As a Resourcing Advisor, you will be reporting directly to the Resourcing Manager. You will be sourcing candidates for all the non-legal roles within the company.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will be a team player who has previously worked as an in-house recruiter. You will be used to a high-volume and busy professional or financial services firm environment.
