HR Advisor, Leading Service Provider, Norwich, circa £25,000-27,000 + benefits & study support

Your new company
Your new organisation- a leading service provider across Norfolk, is looking to recruit a HR Advisor based in Norwich. This is a permanent opportunity that will provide excellent exposure to the workings of a multi-disciplined organisation. Supported by management, you will continue to grow, develop, and thrive, within a supportive network of passionate colleagues.

This organisation values the professional development of all employees and will support in the acquisition of your CIPD qualifications (CIPD level 3 qualified ideal).

This role- team dependent, will have varying access to hybrid working.

This role is preferably operated full-time (37 hours), but there is consideration for a part-time offering.

Your new role
Working within a dedicated HR team, you will work across the HR generalist remit, inclusive of a combination of the below responsibilities:

  • HR Administration
  • Supporting Employee relations casework, inclusive of disciplinaries, grievances and sickness management
  • Updating policy and procedures in line with Employment Law
  • TUPE transfer processes
  • HR support within team, and organisation stakeholders
  • Supporting group best practice across the wider business
  • Further duties of relevance within team, and wider organisation


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will ideally hold a CIPD level 3 qualification, have proven experience within a generalist role, and have examples of dealing with grievances and disciplinaries. You will be a competent administrator with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

You will have the ability to inform, advice, and implement action plans in response to business decisions. Ideally, you will have public sector knowledge and have supported multiple sites.
