Brand new HR Services Manager role based in Birmingham, working with a national regulatory organisation!
Full time, Permanent
Based in Birmingham with hybrid working
This role is a key part of the HR function, managing a team of 6 and delivering HR services to an organisation of c700 employees this person will have previous management experience, management of all annual projects and develop reports for senior managers.
Key parts of the role:
·Managing projects and/or end to end HR lifecycle events e.g. pay reviews
·Managing end to end processes and driving continuous improvements to give a great customer experience and improve efficiency.
·Effective line management - someone who can motivate, engage and manage team performance and service delivery.
·Managing first and second line employee relations issues
·Managing external suppliers
