Oakleaf Partnership are working with a financial services business with offices in Bradford. They are recruiting for an HR MI & Systems Analyst to join and support the team with the development of the HRIS and the production of MI. This project will last for a minimum period of 9 months and will be based in the Bradford office for 1-2 days a week.
What is the role?
As an HR MI & Systems Analyst, you will support the team with the transition to a newly implemented HRIS, proactively manage the quality of data within HR systems, highlight missing information, recommend improvements and conduct regular audits. You will act as the first point of contact for all system-related queries and issues. You will also coordinate software maintenance, system/data checks, and training. This role works closely with HR & Payroll on change and comms, the production of analysis and reporting, and the coaching and development of the HR team on HRIS.
The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and have a good understanding of HR processes and procedures. You will be able to design and create dashboard visuals, have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multi-task projects, and work to tight deadlines. You will have excellent IT skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and various HRIS.
