Description
An Interim HR Business Partner to:
- Operate in a true business partnering role
- Deliver people solutions to the organisation
- Build and develop relationships with stakeholders
- Provide advice to managers on strategic and operational plans
- Provide guidance to managers on policies, procedures, employee relations and organisational change
- Support organisational change projects
- Deliver and support the business on a wide range of HR projects
Profile
An Interim HR Business Partner with:
- Confidence to work autonomously and collaboratively
- A solution focused approach
- Not-for-profit experience desirable
