Your new role
Your key responsibilities will include supporting the payroll process for your colleagues based at the site, working alongside and assisting the Payroll Coordinator to ensure a professional and accurate service. With some exciting projects taking place in the Payroll team, you have the opportunity to get involved in some interesting and varied implementation projects. As well as this, you will be responsible for supporting your HR colleagues, getting involved in the recruitment process, as well as learning and development, HRIS management and ad hoc HR projects as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have fantastic written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to organise your own workload and use initiative. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent work ethic and true passion for empowering the world of work through the provision of professional people services, with confidentiality at the core. You will ideally have 1 year of Payroll Admin experience, as well as 2 years of general Admin experience.
