Payroll & Benefits Coordinator - £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus - Mayfair

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a leading name within financial services on the recruitment of a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator on a Permanent basis.

This role will report directly into the Payroll manager and support with International Payroll & benefits administration.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and preparing all monthly payroll data across 8 countries for submission to Payroll Manager
  • Liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally in a global context
  • Become SME for all employee benefits offering across locations
  • Primary contact for benefit related queries
  • Enrolling / offboarding employees into benefit plans
  • Regular benefit maintenance, report generation
  • Gathering annual benefits bench-marking data
  • Preparing and sending annual benefit communication plans

Experience Required:

  • A keen interest in Payroll and Benefits
  • Previous experience with end-to-end payroll
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong organisation and management skills and attention to detail
