Oakleaf currently has a fantastic opportunity for a career driven Employee Performance & Reward Manager to join a global leader in its field. You will be joining an experienced team, reporting to the Global Compensation & Performance Manager.

The Employee Performance & Reward Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Drive the performance agenda, including strategic guidance on performance management and incentives
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with People Business Partners to ensure managers are provided with timely strategic advice for performance management
  • Provide support to the Global Performance and Reward manager in the design, development, implementation, and communication of Performance Management Framework that supports the People Strategy and Business Plan
  • Ensure appropriate strategies, policies and procedures are developed, approved and communicated to the relevant stakeholders
  • Oversee and manage all activities related to the performance management cycle and manage all communication to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to the business
  • Establish an effective network of stakeholders to facilitate understanding of business issues and how performance policy can unlock these
  • Implement processes for tracking progression from goal setting, mid-year reviews and end of year evaluations that support individual, team and organisational performance
  • Prepare and present reports detailing the status of Performance Management to Unit Head
  • In partnership with the GLA, contribute to the design, implementation and management of effective leadership and employee development and talent management initiatives
  • Keep SLT informed on critical issues concerning the implementation of the performance management process, make recommendations to Management on key decisions points regarding the process
  • Lead initiatives for introducing/maintaining best practice through ongoing market research to drive strategic direction

What you must have:

  • Demonstrated experience in employee Performance management
  • Experience leading on Performance management frameworks and projects
  • Provide clear and articulate communication, and be comfortable working with and influencing the business up to Director level
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and remain focused on the outcome
  • Strong excel skills and the ability to analyse data to make key decisions and recommendations
