You will be joining a well-known organisation within the transport industry that is constantly growing and evolving. They are seeking to recruit a HR Advisor on a 12 month FTC basis The company has a head count of around 1000 employees
Your new Job
In your new job as a HR Advisor you will support the wider HR team in the delivery of an efficient and effective HR support and advisory service. The role itself will be predominately focused on employee relations casework but you will also be responsible for maintaining union relationships, performance management and engagement activities. It is essential that you are able to develop and sustain relationships at all levels and be able to act on your own initiative as well as work as part of a team. To be successful in this role you must be confident, professional, and flexible with a positive attitude. You must also be resilient, have strong influencing skills whilst sustaining a friendly approach. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious, looking for a new challenge and committed in providing value to the HR function.
