We are currently working with an established independent charity who are looking for an experienced, hands on and organised HR Project Manager to join them on a 6 month interim basis.
Our client are looking for an experienced Project Manager that has strong HR knowledge to support them with a company restructure and change.
Support the Head of HR
Project Manage company restructure and change management
HR advisory service as and when needed along with the support of the current HR functions. Keep processes, policies and initiatives up to date.
Support the recruitment function by participating on recruitment panel, changing and evaluating JD's and supporting candidates through the onboarding process.
Ensure that Policies, procedures and operational processes are up to date and HR function is aligned to GDPR requirements, and the business' regulatory requirements.
Assist in employee relations - redundancies and culture change.
CIPD Qualification not essential
3-4 years minimum of experience in a project manager role previously
Strong organization and communication skills
resilient, and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated ability and knowledge of multiple areas within HR
Highly organised and able to multi task.
Comfortable to work in a standalone role but will have the support of the HR functions.
Predominantly project management experience but strong HR experience
Fully remote - with national travel as and when needed for meetings
£40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience
