Page Personnel are currently partnering with a market leading manufacturing and production business, based in Corwen, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all HR related matters.

This business is a market leading manufacturing and production business, based in Corwen, who have been established for over 60 years. Upon successful application, you will be joining a supportive business who put a genuine emphasis on employee wellbeing.


The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing HR related advice and guidance to employees and managers, escalating when necessary
  • Taking a lead role in the management of employee relations cases
  • Reviewing, updating, and implementing policies and procedures
  • Assisting in the end to end recruitment process
  • Performance management
  • Offboarding employees, ensuring a full exit interview is completed
  • HR related data analysis and reporting
  • Assisting in learning and development initiatives
  • Ensuring all training records are accurate and up to date
  • Inducting employees
  • Attending and fully participating in HR related meetings
  • Supporting in HR related project work
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required


The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • A proven track record in a similar role
  • CIPD L3 or above (desirable)
  • An up to date knowledge of employment law and legislation
  • IT literate including all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • A willingness to travel between sites

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary of up to £33,000
  • Working hours - Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
  • 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
