Outstanding opportunity to join a best-in-class HR team as HR Manager, with responsibility for their manufacturing site in Huntingdon. You will be partnering with the site Senior Leadership team as HR Manager, with responsibility for translating the business wide People plan into your site and delivering on key objectives.
You must enjoy working as HR Manager within the manufacturing space – and working with a host of different stakeholders and colleagues. The role is broad and varied – and you must be versatile and willing to turn your hand to what the role demands, but will certainly be:
- Taking ownership of the ER agenda across the site, turning insight from casework into learning and development interventions, handling complex cases, and ensuring no risk to the business or its employees. Translating metrics and data into people insight to drive effective people first decision making. Creating a talent map, identifying skills gaps and building up relevant training materials to bridge these gaps and creating succession for key roles within the business.
Ideally you will have or be working towards CIPD level 5, and be able to clearly demonstrate the value add in your last role. You will be fully supported by the site SLT and the rest of the people team as you transition in to your new role. This is a great opportunity to join a well known, culture first business.
