Interim Resourcing Advisor - Radio/Fibre Planning

Your new role:

ASAP startCurrently running until the end of September 2023Up to £400 umbrella per day, inside IR35Mostly remote (you will be expected to the office a few times at the beginning)Experience in telecoms industry, hiring for Radio and Fibre planning roles

You will be joining this multinational market leading brand as they work on an exciting new project across the UK. You will be sourcing and pipelining for niche roles within radio, fibre planning and project managers for their National Design Team. You will be working on c.30 roles at any one time. You will be sourcing directly for these roles through LinkedIn and other available resources. You will be working closely with senior stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed:
Ideally you will have previous experience recruiting across radio and fibre planning roles. You will be able to work autonomously and effectively prioritise roles/tasks as required. You will have previous experience sourcing directly and creatively. You will have experience working with stakeholders, using data to help influence managers and support decision making. You will be experienced in admin and ensuring that data/reports are accurate and up to date. You will have a strong attention to detail.
