Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global management consultancy firm based in London who are recruiting for a People Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle and the day to day running of the people function.
What is the role
The People Coordinator role is multifaceted and involves a few responsibilities in addition to having the opportunity to gain additional experience supporting all professional areas in the team. Key responsibilities will involve supporting new starters and creating a positive onboarding experience in addition to the coordination of all documents required throughout the lifecycle, supporting managers through periods of probationary review to ensure employees are on track and guiding expectant parents through our leave policies and getting involved with regular reporting of annual leave and absences.
Candidate profile / experience
The successful candidate will have a strong administration background in addition to exposure to HR. You will have the ability to prioritise a busy workload and flexibility to adapt to business needs as they happen. The team works very collaboratively so the ideal candidate will be a strong team player who wants to get involved and stuck in to a fast-paced role.
