I am currently recruiting for a HR Officer within the education sector. This role with give the successful candidate the opportunity to progress, evolve and develop as an individual making it a very exciting opportunity. If you are passionate about developing yourself in your HR career this could the perfect role for you.
About the role
In this role you will have full exposure to all areas of HR and will have autonomy to manage your responsibilities as you see fit. The successful candidate will be highly organised - role responsibilities include onboarding, recruitment, and lower-level ER cases to name a few. The HR Officer will be supported and have the chance to learn from the HR Advisor and Business Partner.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the education sector although this is not vital. They will have strong knowledge of HR legislation and will have experience of managing a team of staff in a variety of different areas. They will able to use their initiative and develop great relationships with a wide range of people.
