This is an opportunity for a HR Business Partner who is looking for a varied role where they will work across the HR Discipline within their client group. You will be providing strategic advice and guidance to senior stakeholders and will work with your wider HR team to ensure the successful delivery of key HR initiatives, bring the people strategy to life across the organsiation.
The role will be Oxfordshire based, under a hybrid working pattern, with some travel required across your client group areas.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and working alongside a team of HRBPs and in collaboration with the HR Operational service, you will oversee intervention/diagnostics and the creation of bespoke solutions for your client group across:
- Employee Relations, developing line manager capability and confidence
- Recruitment & Resourcing requirements
- Talent Development
- Employee Engagement
- Workforce Planning and Organisational Development
- Pay & Reward
We are looking for a HR Business Partner who could credibly turn their hand to most of the above areas, this role will give you plenty of opportunity to develop in areas that may not be your strongest and your continued CIPD study and HR career development will also be supported.
