We are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our Oxfordshire based client in their Head office team. You will be joining a team of 9 in HR, reporting to the HR Manager and will be part of the team responsible for delivering a customer-centric HR service across the organisation of circa 600 employees.
You will support the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding, payroll, employee relations, learning and development/talent development. You will support HR Business partners in the delivery of HR change projects and strategic matters, exposing you to TUPE, Pay & Reward, Process changes and OD work, helping to develop your understanding and enhancing your career development.
We are looking for a HR generalist who is looking for a varied and progressive opportunity. Ideally, you will already have your CIPD level 5 and working in a generalist role, but we are also considering those who are CIPD level 3 and who have experience of supporting the employee lifecycle in their current role. You will be a confident communicator, with excellent attention to detail who can communicate with employees professionally in person, over the phone and via email.
