Ashley Kate HR are excited to be working with their Retail based client as they look to recruit for a Full Time, Interim L&D Manager on a 6 Month FTC based in Victoria.

£45,000 - £50,000 DOE
This role will support hybrid working and a flexible working pattern
About this role:
·Creates Learning content that is commercial, on brand, engaging and relevant to the audience.
·Influences stakeholders through strong communication, and collaborative behaviours.
·Create/Maintain/update induction material for all employees. Actively seeks to improve content based on feedback from managers.
·Collaborates with Recruitment Managers and Training Managers to ensure all new starters are placed in the right training store and have the best experience possible during their two-week training.
·Point of contact for Training Mangers/Colleague Development Managers(CDM). Designs and delivers train the trainer sessions in the field/London office to ensure there is consistency in approach, especially with new content launches.
·Launches new programmes in a creative, on brand and engaging way. Utilise LMS systems in a blended learning way.
·Gathers feedback on the programme and actively uses this feedback to make improvements.
L&D Manager - About you
·Previous experience working in an L&D role within a retail setting
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Strong communication skills both written and verbal
·Strong understanding of LMS systems
