Recruiment Manager - 9 month FTC

  • £50,000 - £60,000
  • Optin pension up to 12%
  • Hybrid working - 1/2 in the officer per week

I am representing a Not-for-Profit organisation based in East London. They are recruiting for a recruitment manager to join the team on a c9 month FTC. It is a maternity cover, covering organisation across the UK.

The role

As the recruitment manager, you will be responsible for wider team of c16-19 people with 8 direct reports. This role is very busy, you will be working with senior stakeholders and the wider HR team. Recruitment process, candidate experience and talent attaction will all be key areas of focus, the organisation has a stack of upcoming plans for 2023.

The person

The successful candidate will have extensive employment legislation knowledge and experience. You must be able to demostrate previous people management experience. Resiliance and adaptability are key traits to suceed in this role. Ideally you will come with an in house background, my client will consider an RPO background.
