Don’t just find a job. Feel it.

Who we are

Hello. We’re RHP. We provide good quality, affordable homes, and excellent landlord services for local people who can’t otherwise afford to live in London. We own and manage around 10,000 homes for social rent and shared ownership, and plan to build many more over the next five years.

Our employees love working for us, and we’ve been recognised as an excellent employer through several prestigious awards, achieving Investors in People Platinum status and ranking in the top ten of the Great Place to Work list twice. In 2022 we gained gold accreditation as part of the Mind Workplace Wellbeing Index and were named as Family Friendly Employer of the Year at the Personnel Today Awards.

If you want to make a difference to our customers, employees and beyond, we’re the place for you.

Connected through difference

We embrace and understand the value diversity brings – it can only make us better and stronger. That’s why a key part of our culture is to create an environment where everyone can be themselves and is treated fairly and equally. It’s important to us that you feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who you are.

Who we’re looking for

Our People and Engagement team focus on creating a personalised, inspiring and inclusive employee experience.

During your time with us, you’ll help deliver outstanding people practices so that our employees are in the best place to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your role will be incredibly varied as you’ll be involved in the whole employee lifecycle. Whilst the work focus won’t be the same each day, you’ll consistently have the opportunity to use your current knowledge, develop new skills and have heaps of fun along the way!

Your experience of working in a HR generalist role with strong and broad employee relations expertise will mean you can make a difference from day one. Add to this your relentless focus on employee engagement and you’ll really help us stand out from the crowd as a five-star employer.

You’ll be able to communicate passionately and authentically with a wide range of people across different channels and will be confident and assertive in dealing with challenging behaviour and situations.

You’ll have a passion for employee engagement, inclusion and wellbeing and will love bringing in new ideas to keep us at the cutting edge of what we do.

When we're hiring, we look for people who connect with our KOSMIHC values:

  • We know our stuff
  • We make it happen
  • We care
