Exciting Opportunity to join a global team in their London offices to partner with key business areas to support reward initiatives and reward solutions to deliver annual compensation reviews.

This role reports to the Head of Executive Compensation and Remuneration Regulations and is responsible for:

  • Partnering with the global business to support the design and implementation of global reward intiatives
  • Deliver end to end compensation reviews
  • Reward Governance - managing the preparation and submission of Management Board and RemCo papers;
  • Reward Modelling - contributing to the development and application of the bonus model
  • Acts as the Global Reward Partner across a number of specialisms of Reward such as Reward Policy & Governance, Grading and Job Evaluation, Pay Management, Regulations and Share plans
  • Reward Governance - Lead advice on and submission of papers for the Management Board and Remuneration Committee of the Board

  • Prepare and present remuneration information to the Management Board, Remuneration Committee and Risk Committee (as appropriate) throughout the Annual Compensation Review;

  • Prepare regulatory reporting documentation

  • Reward Modelling - Be part of a small cross-functional working group to support the design and development of Variable Remuneration Accrual Model

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

    • Experience in reward partnership and bonus fund modelling within a financial services environment
    • MS Office (including advanced Excel);
    • Manage large data-sets and analytics / reporting suites
    • Able to travel to Europe when required
