You will be joining a global telecommunications company as an interim HR business analyst to document their global hire to retire HR process mapping. You will have the responsibilities of the end to end documentation, including analysis of existing documentation, as well as attaining what is missing ; in order to gain this information you will know the relevant questions to ask, key stakeholders within the business. You will then produce entire process map documentation to HR for validation.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate having undertaken HR processes mapping projects gained in complex matrix global business where they will of worked across the entire hr life cycle. You will know hr processes and touch points, and will have a strong communication skills at a senior level.
You will have excellent presentation skills, including the use of VISIO or all similar tools. It is essential you can start a new role immediately, and commit to an initial 4 month during.
