Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading UK retailer who have an opportunity for a Pensions Manager to join the team.
Reporting into the Head of Pensions Operations you will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance across pension administration and systems activities
* Creating tools and frameworks to provide accurate reporting
* Working closely with the pensions regulator to ensure that all regulatory technical matters have been addressed
* Creating polices including a data management policy and ensuring that this is rolled out to the business
* Working on and designing quality assurance models and developing reports
We are looking for someone who has strong background in pensions, risk and compliance.
