HR Advisor

Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be working alongside a market leader in the second hand gaming and technology industry on their search for a HR Assistant to join their head office team in London.

On a daily basis you will be doing the following:

● Providing HR advice (on disciplinary, investigation,
grievances, welfare meetings) to our colleagues across
the UK business through email
● Working on projects to improve the way we deliver our
HR services
● Drafting letters to support the different HR processes
● Solving the problems raised by your colleagues using
your judgement based on your research and searching
our database for previous cases
● Prioritising and planning how to resolve each case that
is assigned to you
● Being able to ask the right questions to understand what
the facts are

Success in this role 12 months from now is you are competent
in all areas of HR and able to advise independently on all cases.
You also know there's a support network in place if the case
was sensitive or tricky.

To be successful in this role you will:

● Enjoy presenting solutions to solve HR challenges
● Have strong attention to detail
● Have experience in advising on grievances,
disciplinaries, and investigations - this is 95% of the role
● Be a clear communicator over email
● Advisor - Be prepared to give advice
● Have at least 1-year HR Advisor experience
● Have worked in a fast paced environment


The important bits:

Salary £32k plus bonus paid monthly up to 40% each month
Hybrid working - City of London - 2 days a week in the office
