Description

Reporting into a strategic HR business lead, you will be the leader from an BAU and projects perspective - both operational and strategic. You will also lead a small team of HR generalists, the HR Manager will lead on implementing the global people strategy.

The HR Manager role will be an operational and strategically aligned HR role partnering with key stakeholders and supporting a multi-discipline customer base - including Corporate & Support Functions and Manufacturing. Working closely with the leadership team, you will lead on delivering the overarching organisational people strategy with the lens of 'value-add' and true commercially.

You will provide leadership and guidance to those teams in the adoption and implementation of a range of new HR focuses including company policies and procedures, performance management, employee engagement, and culture and talent development. You will use data and metrics to provide your key stakeholders with insights to drive informed and effective decision making.

You will also be part of a PMO for the global implementation of a new ERP (which includes a new HRIS), which will include process development, testing, launch and system training (design and delivery).

Profile

To be considered for this HR Manager role, you will have proven experience within a senior generalist capacity, which has supported businesses in achieving their strategic goals within a commercially driven and entrepreneurial environment.

Your key skills will lay in building solid relationship with even the most challenging of customers, and also have a true interest, passion and proven experience of landing projects across the entire HR spectrum.

You will have experience of working within a businesses with a diverse customer group, and ideally with a strong customer-centric focus - such as manufacturing, FMCG, engineering etc

Job Offer

A salary of £55,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience), plus a car allowance, performance related bonus and benefits
