As a Senior HR Advisor for a global FMCG organisation you will be involved with generalist day to day HR functions as well as leading employee relations cases from start to finish. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who is eventually looking to get involved in business partnering and project work also!

Client Details

Our client are a leading FMCG organsiation based in Welwyn Garden City and are looking for an experienced CIPD Level 5 Senior HR Advisor to join their friendly HR team! In return they are offering a competitive salary, hybrid working and excellent benefits.

Description

As a Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end to end employee relations cases such as disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
  • Recruitment and selection, including headcount and budget tracking
  • Ensuring advice given is in-line with employment law
  • Making sure any payroll changes are up to date
  • Involvement in HR project work
  • Answering any HR queires via phone and email
  • Ensuring any HR Admin tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Implementing HR programmes and initiatives

Profile

The successful Senior HR Advisor will:

  • Be CIPD level 5 or 7 qualified (necessary)
  • Have previous experience in a generalist role
  • Experience leading ER cases from start to finish
  • Will be confident and highly organised
  • Have up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law
