A world-class, global, professional services business is now looking to recruit a Global Mobility Manager to join their London HQ and provide day-to-day advice to their stakeholders and support their inbound and outbound talent transfers.
This will be initially on a 12 month fixed term contract, so ideal candidates will be available immediately or with a short notice period.
Key skills and attributes for this role are strong stakeholder management skills, sound technical knowledge of UK immigration law together with a passion for developing best practice mobility policies.
The role will also see you taking responsibility for VIP/Senior Executive , end-to-end immigration.
The business is hoping this person will also be adept at coaching/mentoring junior members of the mobility team and skilled in developing the wider mobility team (this role will have a small team direct reports). As a result, the business is hoping to meet candidates with robust Global Mobility experience with a lean towards selection & talent planning, gained ideally within professional/financial services, that span a global network.
Ideal candidates will be CIPD qualified or working towards it.
