Client Details
A well respected London employer are looking to recruit a permanent Pensions Officer.
Description
As Pensions Officer you will be responsible for:
- Building strong collaborative relationships with schemes as a dedicated point of contact
- Making informed decisions about the approach taken in influencing scheme behaviours
- Developing timely, efficient, and effective strategies
- Managing your own time and available resources to achieve positive outcomes
- Collaborative working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Using your knowledge and experience to set the tone of discussions, influencing high profile internal and external Boards and steering groups
- Innovating and driving change, as well as getting involved with continuous improvement, projects and training
Profile
- Experience of working effectively independently and in a team while managing a portfolio of casework
- Sufficient experience of working in a financial/banking/legal/pensions environment
- Critical thinking skills and an ability to evaluate information to reach a decision
- Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholders and building relationships
