A well respected London employer are looking to recruit a permanent Pensions Officer.

Description

As Pensions Officer you will be responsible for:

• Building strong collaborative relationships with schemes as a dedicated point of contact
• Making informed decisions about the approach taken in influencing scheme behaviours
• Developing timely, efficient, and effective strategies
• Managing your own time and available resources to achieve positive outcomes
• Collaborative working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Using your knowledge and experience to set the tone of discussions, influencing high profile internal and external Boards and steering groups
• Innovating and driving change, as well as getting involved with continuous improvement, projects and training

Profile

• Experience of working effectively independently and in a team while managing a portfolio of casework
• Sufficient experience of working in a financial/banking/legal/pensions environment
• Critical thinking skills and an ability to evaluate information to reach a decision
• Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholders and building relationships
