Client Details
A growing Lancing based organisation are looking to recruit a Part Time HR Advisor on a permanent basis for 3 days a week.
Description
As Part Time HR Advisor you will be responsible for:
- To support the recruitment process and 'offer to desk' process including all pre-employment checks and setup with IT
- Ensuring that HR trackers are regularly updated
- Deliver the HR Onboarding presentation to new starters
- To act as the first point of contact (either via email of telephone) for HR questions and queries
- Completing general HR administration including drafting letters, invites, surveys, change of terms
- Maintain the training matrix and people profile
- To ensure all systems are managed accurately and databases are kept up-to-date and completing adhoc audits of HR information
Profile
- Seeking part time hours - 3 full days per week
- CIPD studier
- Strong communication
