The client is in the Manufacturing sector
Description
- True HR Business partnering opportunity
- Provide operational support to assigned division
- Coach and guide line managers from an HR perspective, support with establishing succession planning and workforce plans
- identify gaps in service provision, suggest local initiatives
- Support recruitment activity across the division including forward planning
- Support with HR change projects including any restructures
- Lead on wider HR initiatives including DEI, Employee Engagement, ways of working etc.
Profile
* Proven track record as HR Business Partner within a similar environment (Manufacturing/Industrial/Construction etc)
* Strong experience supporting from an operational and strategic perspective
* Experience leading projects
* Excellent UK Employment law knowledge
* Experience dealing with complex ER Casework
* Project Management experience
* Coaching and influencing skills
