Your new role
* Lead on strategic people initiatives to enable successful delivery of the people strategy * Create, manage and implement various projects including strategic workforce planning, change management, organisational design, talent development, pay and reward. * Drive positive employee and leadership engagement, involving relevant stakeholders * Work closely with the HR Business Partners to ensure the smooth delivery of all people initiatives developed

What you'll need to succeed
* Chartered MCIPD membership or working towards * Experience working within a strategic HR business partnering role * Experience of planning and executing successful projects of varying size and intricacy
