Head of Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • You will hold responsibilityies for the end to end candidate journey and the post offer strategy, requiring you to make strategic decisions with input from others across the recruitment and marketing management team.
  • This role requires you manage a team of 6 with two manager level direct reports. You will be experienced in providing support for your two direct reports to enable them to lead their sub-teams.
  • You will have responsibility to drive the ongoing strategic direction of the employer brand so that is appealing to perespective applicants and candidates, while also being suitable for other key audiance groups.
  • You will have ED&I at the heart of everything you do
  • You will play an active role as part of the SLT team, you'll work collaboratively with your fellow Recruitment & Marketing senior leaders to lead the department and also feed into the wider organisation senior team.
  • You will be responsible for creating marketing budget each year based on the activity you and your managers feel is needed.

What you will need

  • Over five years experience in early careers or graduate recruitment as a head of deparment, desirably within a recruitment marketing role.
  • Leadership experience within a busy environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail orientated in all aspects of work
  • Data driven with experience in using recruitment and marketing dashboards to drive decision-making activity.
  • Team management experience
  • Proven budget owenership including creating budgets and management of budgets throughout the year.
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • A creative thinker with a passion for working to create innovative solutions to challenges faced
