Oakleaf Partnership is currently patterning with a successful financial services firm based in London who are seeking an HR Operations Assistant to join their HR team.
You will be responsible for managing the newly implemented HRIS (Workday) within the business as well as supporting onboarding/offboarding; recruitment administration; payroll preparation and pulling numerous reports for the HR function.
As the business has newly implemented Workday, this role would be suitable for a candidate with strong Workday experience as well as experience within an HR Operations role, and a strong Excel skillset. You will be working in a lovely, supportive HR team reporting to the HR Operations Manager.
