  • Support on the design of the policies, processes and practices relating to Reward
  • Design and delivery of reward solutions relevant to talent retention
  • Suppor on reward information for the purposes of the Board/Remco
  • Essential role in leading the Annual Pay Review and bonus planning cycles
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the buinesss
  • Provide support to HRBP including including market benchmarking, role evaluations and applying the job family framework
  • Management of Executive compensation; including Incentive Plan administration
  • Manage and retain Remuneration Policies at all times to ensure robust governance practices
  • Work on projects as part of reward and HR team when required
