Job Details
- Support on the design of the policies, processes and practices relating to Reward
- Design and delivery of reward solutions relevant to talent retention
- Suppor on reward information for the purposes of the Board/Remco
- Essential role in leading the Annual Pay Review and bonus planning cycles
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the buinesss
- Provide support to HRBP including including market benchmarking, role evaluations and applying the job family framework
- Management of Executive compensation; including Incentive Plan administration
- Manage and retain Remuneration Policies at all times to ensure robust governance practices
- Work on projects as part of reward and HR team when required
