Description

• Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment for your divisions to attract, retain and develop talent
• Manage career developments and succession planning for your divisions, as well as managing the Internship and Work Experience Programs for your divisions
• Review resignation letters and address any potential grievance situations, informing the Senior HRBP of any concerns.
• Cover recruitment in your area in the absence of the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Make all changes on HRIS System and ensure that Payroll have the relevant paperwork to process in the relevant month.
• Provide detailed advice and assistance to managers on all Employee Relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, capability, redundancies, absences, sickness, maternity & paternity
• Assist on the design and/or delivery of key projects in line with department objectives, organisational changes, and continual improvement initiatives with the aim of achieving alignment and effective communication of key HR priorities

Profile

• Demonstrable experience working as a HR Generalist/HR Advisor within a busy HR department
• HR experience in Retail or FMCG companies with high levels of change and pace
• A commercial approach to dealing with HR issues
• Strong relationship skills and ability to influence at mid-management level.
• Proven experience in using HRIS

Job Offer

£200 - £250 a day PAYE
