The Company
This international business is one of the leading names in the service sector and have a stellar brand in the region. With around 8,000 employees globally, the HR team deliver high quality assistance and operational support to the business.
The Role
This role has been created by the Global HR Director as he would like to bring in a highly talented HR practitioner with good exposure to HR generalist responsibilities. You will be the front facing member of the team to the business for all HR Business Partnering solutions. Your role will cover the UAE employee population and will be based in Dubai.
You will have an exciting and varied remit where every day brings different people challenges and be part of a collaborative, supportive and high caliber team.
The Criteria
To be considered for this position you will have come from an HR generalist position with good experience of partnering with the business to deliver people related solutions. Ideally you will be used to working in fast paced, unstructured environments where you have had to show initiative and be a self-starter.
Experience of working at scale and with a large employee headcount would be highly advantageous.
