Job Details

Our client, a global banking organisation in the City, are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Early Careers & Apprenticeship Advisor to support the development of creating a new apprenticeship programme.
- £250-£300 per day
- Long Term Temporary Assignment
- Hybrid working 2-3 days in the City of London
The Role
You will manage the design and implementation of an apprenticeship programme, from end to end building relationships with vendors, screening processes, onboarding and inductions of new starters, the training & upskilling of managers as well as assisting with the further development programme. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers is essential to deliver on the business talent strategy for the apprenticeship programme, including Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact and shape the business' Early Careers strategy and Apprenticeship programme.
The Candidate
A real passion and interest in Early Careers is essential to being successful in this role, you will need a solid understanding of the apprenticeship levy and programmes. You will need the ability to manage multiple projects and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
