Job Details
The Reward Partner role will cover annual pay review and bonus practices, job evaluation and role grading, salary benchmarking, employee benefits and reward governance.
Client Details
The client have a fantastic reputation for employee engagement and a great working culture that is truly flexible. You will be required to be on site twice a month for team meetings, it really is a high trust/ high performance environment.
It is a full time role but they would be open to condensed hours. The site is based in N. Yorkshire with amble public transport links and parking.

The Reward Partner role includes:
Supporting the development and delivery Total Reward and Recognition Strategy adding value at all stages through research, design, delivery and governance of our total reward frameworks.Working with leaders to ensure fairness across all reward practicesPartnering with the People Business Partners and their Senior Leader stakeholders to deliver their people agenda Supporting changes in business organisation design through the application of robust role grading and role benchmarking processes.Monitoring and reviewing the ongoing performance of reward policies/procedures and processes Making use of available reward and benefit data to provide insights into the effectiveness of Reward strategies Build and maintain operational and process excellence mechanisms for all rewards programs.Profile
To be successful in the Reward Partner role you will need to have experience of working within a Reward team with exposure across a range of reward activities including annual pay review and bonus practices, job evaluation and role grading, salary benchmarking, employee benefits and reward governance.
You will have partnered senior leaders within your current role, with good influencing and stakeholder management skills to be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Job Offer
The business are offering a competitive package with a base salary £60,000-65,000
