Client Details
The client is in the Public Sector
Description
As Interim HR Transformation consultant you will be responsible for a full overview of the current HR Service offering including policies, procedures, ways of working etc. This is an exciting opportunity to support a small Public Sector organisation through a period of change.
Profile
The successful candidate will have experience of managing large amounts of change, OD and Projects as well as generalist HR experience. You will work on site 3 days per week and able to start fairly immediately. Ideally Level 7 qualified and with Public Sector experience.
Job Offer
On offer is a 12 month contract, hybrid working and competitive salary or day rate Inside IR35.
