An interim HR Analyst role in Leatherhead pays up to £40,000 pa supporting data integrity and transition.
Your new company
A multinational consultancy organisation close to Leatherhead. Due to transformation programming, an HR Analyst is required for 12 months.
Your new role
Supporting Senior Analysts and the wider HR function, you will own system administration duties, regular reporting, ad-hoc reporting and system testing. You will support the team with joiner enrolment and renewals as required and throughout annual processes. You will complete large data transitions and be the point of contact for technical queries from the wider HR team, supporting them with training as required.
As part of this role, you will support a system migration from Microsoft D365 to Workday, utilising your advanced excel competencies.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an Analyst capacity, with previous experience of D365 and Workday. You will have assisted a system transition and be an advanced user of excel using VLOOKUPs and pivot tables to manipulate and deliver data.
