An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the HR team within an established well-known public sector organisation on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Your new role is an HR Advisor for Northampton base office - 5 days a week on site, will consider 1 day work from home after probation period. You will work with a HR Administrator, and you will be reporting directly into the HR Manager. This is a true generalist HR advisor role with a focus on ER matters you will be responsible for supporting disciplinary, grievances, sickness absence cases, performance management, maternity, Paternity, and flexible working. The role will involve rolling out and embedding processes, involvement in supporting HR projects and initiatives, driving positive culture and being a point of contact for all HR queries. There is a real opportunity to make this role your own whilst also helping the team with recruitment. If you are an ambitious HR professional, please apply.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have previous experience as a HR advisor working in a fast paced environment and experience dealing with ER case management from end to end.
