Our Education client in Loughborough are currently recruiting for a HR Officer to help support across their Human Resources & HR Data & Systems team on a part time temporary basis until May 2023.
Your new role
As a HR Officer you will be supporting the HR Shared Services and HR systems teams with a range of administrative and data entry tasks including:
- HR & Data systems admin tasks
- Updating candidate records on HR system
- Responding to email & telephone enquiries
- Data entry using HR systems
- Supporting & creating HR reports
- Data filing
- Keeping HR Policy & Procedure documents up to date
- Any ad-hoc administrative tasks
This is a part time position working 15-20 hours a week & can be flexible on how you split this across a week Monday to Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role we are looking for strong all-round Administrators who have prior experience supporting HR teams in a high-volume, fast paced environment. You will be able to work under pressure handling large amounts of sensitive and confidential data and be able to work independently. You will need to be IT literate, ideally with some HR systems experience and be able to train quickly to learn a new database.
This role would be suited to either a HR graduate or someone looking to progress their career within HR or HR Systems & Data or an experienced Administrator or HR professional looking for a move into the Education sector.
