Permanent HR System Manager

Your new company
Hays HR is delighted to be working exclusively with leading international organisation who is actively recruiting for a HR System Manager on a permanent basis. The organisation is expanding their HR System team within the Newcastle office.

Your new role
Within this role you will be supporting the HR System team on the delivery of HR systems driving the transformation of HR systems and working closely with the individual delivery teams, supporting on key project activities as the HR representative. You will work closely with the Head of HR, with support from HR Analysts.


Within your new role you will be responsible for management and development of the organisations systems, working in partnership with internal teams and externals suppliers ensuring the delivery of ongoing improvements to support the business.

Key responsibilities includes:

  • Reviewing platforms, systems to ensure the organisation is identifying continuous improvements opportunities
  • Leading the delivery of HR system projects
  • Supporting on the design, testing, and delivery of change
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders
  • Identify, promote, and implement best practice processes across HR systems
  • Experience managing multiple projects being the HR representative



What you'll need to succeed

To be successful within this role you will require experience and be able to demonstrate knowledge with the following:

  • Experience within the delivery of system projects from the beginning through to completion; Requirements, testing, planning, and implementing Experience with a range of software
  • Good attention to detail and IT Skills
  • HR System experience
  • Experience within Project Management
  • Prioritising work load and being able to work with Key stakeholders and other business divisions
