Real Estate Developer in Manchester City Centre are seeking to recruit a HR Administrator on a permanent basis. My client is open to candidates wanting both full time and part time working arrangements. An exciting organisation with a busy, welcoming office environment - the ideal role for an experienced and organised HR Administrator.
Your new role
As a HR Administrator you will report directly into the Head of HR and provide support by undertaking responsibilities across a wide range of HR Activity. Your main duties in this role will be to take ownership of the HR System, employee lifecycle, recruitment and selection, training and development, data reporting, HR Compliance and reward and recognition. My client is looking for someone who is committed, proactive and can come up with new innovative ideas. This is a fantastic role
What you'll need to succeed
- CIPD Qualification obtained or working towards
- Flexible approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience of using HR Systems
