Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with an insurance company, who are recruiting for a Reward AVP, on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the delivery of key reward activities, including the annual remuneration review process.

The role

You will be involved in executing the annual remuneration review process for the business, including career pathway such as benchmarking and mapping. You will also be responsible for supplying market data analysis and producing initial budgeting plans, to aid the design of the company's compensation strategy. There will also be opportunity to develop your international experience.

Your experience

The successful candidate will have manged a full pay review. You will be comfortable complying with external rules and requirements, such as FCA rules.
