Job Details

Your new role
As the newest member of the L&D team, you will help to identify learning needs across the organisation of 700 employees, designing tailored training plans which encompass a variety of formats and methods appropriate for a diverse range of people and delivering learning interventions to ensure colleagues have the digital, IT and business support skills they need to succeed. You will work closely alongside IT and HR to develop the digital and business support skills of the workforce, creating digital content on the LMS platform, as well as delivering learning workshops across all services. You will also provide IT inductions to all new employees, as well as having the opportunity to be part of multiple learning projects in a truly diverse industry.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have gained operational experience from previous L&D positions, as well as experience in researching, designing and delivering a variety of learning solutions. You will have a strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office 365 applications, be fully computer literate and have a genuine passion for making a real difference to people's lives.
