This higher education institution are a leading University in the heart of London, providing world-class education in the business and professions spaces. Your new role
This position will provide high-quality, customer-focused administration and support to the Organisational Development team. Further responsibilities will include:

  • Management of the O.D inbox
  • Ownership of the institute LMS programme, ensuring data is up to date and changes to employee learning are made promptly
  • Manage the coordination and administration of staff development events and workshops (booking rooms, equipment, catering etc)
  • Maintain O.D web pages, ensuring latest development opportunities are promoted across the organisation

What you'll need to succeed
The organisation are looking for a motivated and passionate individual with HR, OD, or generalist administrative experience to join their team. You will need fantastic systems knowledge, excellent time management, and the ability to work at pace!
