HRMI Analyst- London- Hybrid Working
The role Within the Real Estate arm of a large international bank. Specifically, a HR Systems & MI Reporting Analyst . This position is responsible for the production and delivery of all management information, controls and reporting from all HR systems and the management (maintenance and development) of the HR database. Key deliverables
- Updating data on employee dashboards HR Business Partners Business
- Provision of accurate management information - e.g. headcount, turnover, employee absence, etc. as part of the regular reporting cycle and on an ad-hoc basis as required.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly HR insights e.g. compulsory trainings, access rights, wage gaps
- Proactively identify issues with HR data management and propose innovative improvements
- Work closely, as required, with IT Software Development team and wider HR Systems
- Drive the ongoing improvements, development, and use of Peoplenet and all other HR systems (Cornerstone for L&D, White label product from LinkedIn for Performance Review)
- Support the review, design and implementation of fit for purpose HR procedures, controls and processes
- Support administration on HR projects, leading, managing, and implementing where appropriate.
- Support the maintenance of accurate employee data to facilitate the production of accurate and timely information
Essential qualifications
- Educated to Graduate level as a minimum
- Part CIPD qualified / qualified through experience of working in an HR team
Essential experience
- Advance in the use of Excel and HR databases
- Exposure to working with HR and finance related software and system
- Detailed understanding of HR policies and procedures desirable
- Be able to manipulate large files of data on excel
- Flexible and capable of working with multiple projects at the same time
- Previous experience of working to tight deadlines and performance targets
- Able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Professional services industry and/or multi-site background
