Our client is a large public sector organisation with a significant headcount across a matrix structure. To support a period of time where they are expecting to see an increase in change delivery programmes, the need has arisen to bring in an experienced, strategically focused HRBP who can support with BAU workstreams delivery and support from a HR change and OD perspective within several client groups.
Joining the existing HR Business partnering team, you will be required to pivot across various client groups, supporting the HRBPs with ADHOC requirements or perhaps taking the lead on delegated workstreams. It is expected that this will be an on going requirement but for now our client is predicting 3-6 months support required.
We are looking for a strong 'generalist' business partner who has expertise across the strategic HR remit (Leadership, Culture, Engagement, HRMI, Workforce Planning). You will be CIPD Qualified and ideally will have a strong practical knowledge and understanding of the public sector or have worked in a large organisation within a business partnering structure.
This role can be worked from home a significant amount of time but it is not an option to work fully remote, you will be required to travel to the Head office in Swindon to attend key meetings, partner with colleagues and develop your stakeholder relationships. There is no set days per week that this will be required, but a sensible approach is required.
