HR Business Partner

£60,000 to £70,000 with 15% bonus

Hybrid position - 1 day in Canary Wharf office

I am delighted to be partnered with a global energy organization, who have a key focus on sustainability within the industry. Reporting to the Director of HR this is a fantastic opportunity for a strong generalist to join a growing organisation to develop their career.

About the role

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and employee engagement.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations and mediations, in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support the business in the management of TUPE transfer, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and minimizing disruption to the business.
  • Lead and support the delivery of people projects, such as talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with the business to understand their needs and develop effective HR strategies that support the achievement of business goals.
  • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements and are consistent across the business unit.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and other HR functions, such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, and Learning and Development, to ensure that the needs of the business are met.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Strong experience in employee relations and TUPE, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Experience leading and delivering people projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align HR strategies with business goals.
  • CIPD or equivalent qualification.

Reward package

  • Up to £70,000 with a 15% bonus
  • 25 days annual leave
